On Completion of Arithmetical Numberings

In the joint paper of S.Badaev, S.Goncharov, and A.Sorbi devoted to the operator of completion, the following question was formulated. Does the special element of a completion of an arithmetical numbering remain be special under repeated completion with respect to another element? We present an answer to this question and talk on other
topics related the completion operator.
